Then I have good news for everyone. I had a fever with the flu a few days ago, and it was very difficult to hold on. Fortunately, I have gradually recovered. Although the throat cough has not been completely cured, other symptoms have basically disappeared. Regarding lumbar disc herniation, there has been no recurrence recently, and it does not affect my daily life for the time being. I still dare not sit for a long time mainly to prevent it from recurring acutely and knocking me down again.
