Chapter 1766 S Apocalypse Event (34)
The two figures who descended in the holy light and walked out of the storm had exactly the same face. They were both Batman and Bruce Wayne.
The first thing Darkseid saw was the pair of blue eyes in the blazing holy light behind him. That was also the first color to appear in the endless white light, like an iceberg standing in the distance in the vast snowfield.
When the holy light gradually dissipated, the young man who appeared in front of him was wearing silver-white holy armor, a long white cloak behind his right shoulder blade, half-long black hair draped behind his head, holy light flowing in his blue eyes, handsome face, holy temperament, like the Son of God who had just been born.
The skylight that followed came through the dark clouds in Gotham that had not yet completely dissipated, forming a bright beam of light. When he descended from the light, six pairs of huge wings spread out, and the white wings and the light attached to them covered half of the sky.
No one has ever seen Bruce Wayne like this.
Everyone present was stunned, including Harley, who was quite familiar with Bruce. She pointed at Bruce and stammered, "He he he he he..."
"I am God's messenger of the gospel. I was called here. God sent me to spread the good news to the prisoners in the dark and shadowy land. Your savior was born..."
Bruce's voice seemed to come from a very distant space, and it spread throughout Apokolips in an instant. Darkseid couldn't help but look back, but he only saw darkness and endless silence.
No response was not a good result he wanted. All the creatures that would be sent to the deep surface had been brainwashed by the Apokolips force field. They should have jumped out and shouted to die for Darkseid, but they were silent. Silence represents thinking, which they should not have thought.
The pressure of Apokolips weakened.
Because Darkseid could no longer focus on communicating with the Apokolips force field, he had to focus part of his attention on guarding against this angel Batman.
Yes, Darkseid recognized Bruce Wayne. Before attacking the Earth, he collected a lot of information about Batman. He recognized his face, but he really didn't understand why Bruce Wayne was like this.
But before he had time to think about the reason for all this, another new problem emerged-there was another Bruce Wayne behind him.
Darkseid turned his head back and looked at the figure walking in the storm. He seemed to be wrapped in all the darkness of the universe and condensed them into blood-red murderous intent.
A low and hoarse roar came with the footsteps in the dark wind: "Darkseid... Give me my child back!"
Darkseid was about to answer, but the force field of Apokolips suddenly fluctuated violently. He turned his head to the side and saw countless secret runes surrounding the little Bruce who had just been pushed away. The part of his body that belonged to Nyarlathotep's power immediately ran away after feeling some familiar dark power from Batman.
Countless thick dark tentacles burst out from under Bruce's feet, rushing straight into the sky, like a giant pillar supporting the sky. It waved in the storm, breaking the power storm belonging to Apocalypse into pieces, and then turned it into its own weapon, raising violent waves above the deep surface.
For a moment, the murmur turned into a roar full of madness, and the distant flute sound and the wind from the north began to spread. A huge black shadow stood up from behind Bruce, and the shining square trioctahedron flew around it, while the world system that was supposed to expel the will outside the universe was as quiet as if it had disappeared.
With a "puff", a brown-red skinned Apocalypse scientist with a huge head dug out his eyeball with his fingers, inserted a cone deep into his brain through the eye socket, and fell down with blood all over his face.
A dwarf with yellow tentacles on his neck shouted, "I know... I know!! I know how to make a world-destroying weapon. I will be able to make a powerful weapon that can destroy the galaxy. Give me more! Let me take another look!!!"
He desperately looked up at the stars until his spine broke, and his head was twisted off his shoulders. He rolled to the ground, and his gray mouth opened and closed as he chanted the name.
"Obey God's will, and you should all listen to the gospel of the Lord..."
Bruce's voice came again, and the holy light disc player dispersed the darkness. More and more silent people in factories and laboratories knelt down and began to pray in a language they had never heard in their lives. They thought they saw the most supreme existence in the world-but not Darkseid.
Darkseid was confused.
But he couldn't be blamed. The facts before him really exceeded the limits of the imagination of any intelligent life.
Darkseid's first question was, where the hell did these three Batmen come from?
In the information Darkseid obtained about Earth, Gotham, and Batman, there was never any mention that there were originally three Earths, three Gothams, and three Batmen in this world. But if there were not three Gothams, then where did the other two Batmen come from?
His second question was, why the hell did these three Batmen come to Apokolips?
If the Batman in black and red armor is the Batman I knew before, and he came here because Weiman's plan to kidnap Batman's blood relatives succeeded, and he wanted to get his son back, then are the remaining two Batmen here to preach? Is it popular to preach in other gods' heavens now?
His third question is, how the hell can he get these three unlucky guys out of his Apokolips?
Darkseid knows very well that no matter where the power of this angel Batman and this outer god Batman comes from, the existence standing behind them and willing to lend them power is real. Darkseid is very familiar with the kind of forced belief spread through power. It is the force field of gods, just like the force field of Apokolips.
When powerful gods descend, they will turn the space around them into the kingdom of gods on earth, and other intelligent creatures within their influence will be forced to convert. This is the principle of brainwashing captives in the force field of Apokolips.
But if the people who believe in Darkseid convert the moment other kingdoms of God come, it can only mean that the owner of the kingdom of God is much stronger than Darkseid, or has a much higher status.
Is there any god stronger than the New God in this world?
Darkseid has never thought about this question before, because he has been in the universe for so many years and has never seen a powerful race like the New God. They are like two completely different existences from other intelligent life in the universe. They are strong, long-lived, and powerful. They can be as powerful as a million. They are completely gods in the eyes of those backward and weak civilizations.
When Darkseid merged with the force field of Apokolips, he knew that this would be his supreme kingdom of God, where he could control everything, and everything would bow down to his powerful power-
This caused him to not know what to do now except confusion.
In fact, Darkseid at this stage had never fought against particularly strong opponents. The worst consequence of his background story that was changed to be mediocre and lost all its fashion value was that he had neither his parents nor his brother who had always been on his head, which made him lack helpers and also lacked experience in dealing with relevant opponents.
Obviously, the best countermeasure for this situation now is to take shortcuts. Using the force field of Apokolips to fight against the opponent may have a certain chance of success, but as the saying goes, this is Darkseid's own house. If he fights with others here, he will lose everything.
But the angry and confused Darkseid made a wrong choice. He decided to teach these three damn Batmen a lesson.
Darkseid took a deep breath and strengthened his connection with the force field of Apokolips. The divine power formed a storm around him, but this was only to hide his figure, strengthen his concentration, and enable him to better respond to the force field of Apokolips.
Suddenly, the whole planet came alive.
In a sense, Apokolips itself is also a life. It is like a cosmic demon without independent consciousness. It has a unique life structure and can use the energy of the origin of the universe, and Darkseid is its brain and central nervous system.
No one has ever put such pressure on Darkseid before, so he has never tried to completely merge with Apokolips. When he did this, a new form of life was born.
After a moment of stillness, the planet burst out with amazing vitality. Darkseid listened to the voices of all life on the planet, and then took their power and vitality into his body. There are no believers, no faith, no army, only the "Apocalypse Realm" where everything is unified.
"It's a big trouble." Constantine frowned in front of the screen and said, "Darkseid has become a god, not a new god, but a real god."
"How do you judge?" Harvey asked.
Constantine sighed and said, "We usually divide gods into two categories. One is gods in a broad sense, which refers to creatures that are stronger than individuals in most civilizations. Ants will regard humans as gods, and weak individuals will naturally think that powerful individuals far beyond their imagination are gods who can call the wind and rain."
"But there is another kind of god, the real god. Their status is far higher than all life in this universe. It's not just power, but more importantly, they have the authority to give birth to and destroy everything."
"Creator?" Barbara uttered a word with some doubts, and then she asked in a thorough way: "If there are many creators in this world, wouldn't it be a mess? How can we still exist safely?"
Constantine shook his head "Gods can be strong or weak, not every god can create in every place. At least as far as I know, even true gods only have full authority in their own kingdoms."
"The kingdom of God is just a name given by the mystical community. It usually has a more specific name, such as heaven, the underworld, or a certain universe. Although they still have great power away from these places, it is obvious that within their kingdoms, they are the creators who create everything in a moment."
"So now Darkseid is the creator of Apokolips?"
"I'm not sure." Constantine stared at the screen with a serious expression, and said, "Usually gods don't choose to be so closely connected with their kingdoms, because..."
"Because of what?"
Someone answered Gordon's question, but it wasn't Constantine. Gordon turned to look at Schiller. What impressed him more was not the answer, but Schiller's cold tone that hadn't appeared in a long time.
"Because that would create a fatal weakness."
