I have been writing books for ten years and more than 10 million words. This is undoubtedly the longest volume I have written...

But the cat is also very satisfied... Whether it is the results, income or the growth of writing, I am very satisfied!

Reporting the results, the average subscription of this volume has exceeded 22,000 so far, and the lowest follow-up reading is also more than 8,000. It is my best result so far, three to four times higher than the second best player in the same period. I really thank everyone!

In fact, to be honest, Amu is my creative low period.

I once said that I hope to write different themes in each book. Try enough themes while I am still young, so that when I get older and my creativity declines, I don’t have to take risks to explore new areas.

When I wrote this book, the Shepherd’s Secret, which in a sense combines the advantages of Mercury and Player, it also shows that my physical condition and creative state have obviously declined.

Readers who have read my earliest book, Mercury’s Blood, should know that Mao’s mental state at that time was obviously not very good. I was also very anxious during the Player’s Super Justice period, and the content could be said to be piled up - at that time, as long as I saw the decline in follow-up reading, I thought that I was writing too slowly, so I immediately opened a new plot and a new dungeon.

The result is that the original players who may have communicated about the plot became less and less, and then the follow-up reading further declined, and I thought whether I had to continue to speed up... This cycle became more obvious when I reached the tower.

Because of some obsessive-compulsive disorder, Mao focused on "telling a story in a month" during the Overturned Tower period. This is because when I was a player, I often felt that the plot was more than the outline I wrote, so I wanted to "dehydrate" in this way.

The result is that I wrote very quickly. Many places that could be further explored were quickly skipped because of the need to catch up with the pace, the purpose is to achieve a structure like "write one volume in a month, and one volume is a complete story".

It can be said that I am a bit obsessed.

And at the end of the tower, when Russell reconciled with himself, I almost reconciled with myself. I finally realized that I might not be too slow, but too fast-I was too impatient.

Although Cat looks very lazy, I am actually a person with a quick temper. It's just that I have a soft personality, so I am angry with myself.

Life has repeatedly crushed me, but it has made me softer and more comfortable. If you dare to provoke me, you will be kicked by cotton.

For example, when playing mobile games, I can't hoard card drawing resources. I know that I want to skip this pool, but if there are too many resources, I can't help but want to draw cards, and I can't help it at all.

And perhaps because Cat's mortgage was paid off by the time he reached the tower... Cat's creative state has also obviously relaxed.

I think the most important improvement of Shepherd is that the narrative rhythm has become comfortable.

Because my writing style is very casual, similar to travel notes, it is difficult to write a concise and powerful story like other authors, which is why I tried to turn myself into a compressed towel during the Tower period.

And obviously, my attempt failed.

So I chose to reconcile - it's okay to go slow, there will also be readers who like to read warm stories full of details and slow rhythm.

Just focus on companionship.

But I also learned a lot from the Tower, one of which is the narrative around the core of the story.

The core of the narrative of this volume is the "glass steps".

The rules of Avalon, the traditions of Avalon... From the first chapter, those unreasonable things have been answered in the later plots; and those unreasonable rules and traditions have been shattered by Aiwas one by one.

Although the player's copy should be more interesting than Amu - after all, it is something that Cat has accumulated for more than 20 years, and this cannot be denied. I almost died after writing the player, because I felt like I had emptied myself and was completely useless. Fortunately, I slowly recovered after taking a break through the Tower.

Based on the previous experience and lessons, Amu's narrative should be much more comfortable and organized than players.

Of course, there are some new shortcomings that need to be corrected, and I have found and recorded them all.

It feels very comfortable to discover my own shortcomings, which makes me feel that I can still grow. I can feel that I am still alive and feel the vitality of my heart, rather than gradually decaying.

Then let me say that I will take three days off next.

The first day was because the epidemic in Po County seemed to be quite severe. I went to get a vaccine and a haircut to see my grandmother. My hair grew so long that I became a gloomy man covering my eyes; then I took a day off and looked at mygo, which I haven't read yet; on the third day, I started writing the detailed outline of the beginning of the second volume.

I took three days off on June, July and August, and resumed updating at noon on the 9th.
