Just Say It First.

It was raining heavily, with lightning and thunder, and the wind and rain were raging. I was coding, and then there was a snap, and the circuit breaker tripped. The neighbors had electricity, so it wasn't a power outage, but there was still no electricity after I pulled it up. I'm looking for the problem.
