Hogwarts Blood Wizard

Chapter 779 We Will Take Back the Right to Cast Spells!

While chatting and complaining, Ivan and others had already reached the foot of the Whomping Willow tree, and headed to the Shrieking Shack through the secret passage underneath.

Before entering the door, various noisy sounds could be heard. When Ivan opened the door and entered, he was surprised to find that there were as many as one or two hundred young wizards coming to class!

Judging from the school uniforms everyone was wearing, most of the young wizards from Gryffindor and Hufflepuff were here, as were some students from Ravenclaw and Slytherin.

Ivan could guess without thinking that the entire castle must be mostly empty now. No wonder Ron felt that Umbridge could find something wrong. After all, she was not blind.

The noise coming from the door soon caught the little wizard's attention, and at once more than a hundred pairs of eyes looked over.

It was the prefects of the major colleges who stood at the forefront and were responsible for maintaining order.

Hannah Abbott, Ernie MacMillan, Anthony Godes, Padma Patil, and even Slytherin's prefect, Pansy Parkinson, were there.

Together with Hermione and Ron, it can be said that except for Malfoy, all the prefects of Hogwarts have arrived!

Being stared at by this large group of people, Ivan was one of the top two. He originally thought that he was here to guide a study group, only twenty or thirty people at most...

Thinking of this, Ivan looked at Hermione with a strange look.

The little witch was a little confused looking at the bustling Shrieking Shack. She had only invited some trustworthy friends and discussed it with the prefects.

Although Hannah Abbott and others promised her that they would bring some people who wanted to learn defense, Hermione did not expect that there would be so many so-called "some people".

"Sir Hals..." Ernie McMillan from the front row came up to him immediately and said respectfully.

Hannah Abbott and Pansy Parkinson on the side also shouted, looking at Ivan with a mixture of flattery and awkwardness in their eyes.

In fact, during this summer vacation, they were ordered by their family members to obey all instructions of Ivan Hals in school and to do their best to get closer to each other.

As close as you can get!

At first, Hannah Abbott and the others were naturally reluctant. Who is not the little princess in the family these days? What’s more, they all come from good family backgrounds. They don’t need to please anyone on weekdays, so why would they take the initiative to do so? Please others.

But when they figured out the reason, they were all dumbfounded. They couldn't believe that their parents and their family had actually taken refuge in Ivan Hals, an alumnus of the same age as them!

And this classmate whom we bump into from time to time actually beat away a famous mysterious man head-on not long ago...

The huge impact of the two pieces of news made Hannah Abbott and Pansy Parkinson feel a little ridiculous, and even wondered whether their parents were suffering from hysteria or had been deceived.

It's a pity that their family gave them a death order, and they must obey Ivan Hals's orders in school!

Ernie McMillan knew more than the two of them, because his father used a pensieve to let him witness what happened that night. Witnessed by hundreds of wizards, the scene where Ivan Hals slapped the mysterious man away was deeply engraved in his mind.

So when he heard from Hermione that he wanted to set up a study group and let Ivan Hals be the professor, Ernie Macmillan took it to heart and spent a lot of effort to incorporate most of Hufflepuff's All the little wizards were brought here.

Ernie MacMillan's respectful attitude towards Ivan made the little wizards present very curious.

But Ivan didn't want to reveal the past, so he waved his hand and said. "Relax, don't be too outgoing, just call me by my name in school."

Hearing what Ivan said, Hannah and Pansy breathed a sigh of relief. They were also prefects of Hogwarts after all, and it was too embarrassing to act like little followers in front of so many people.

Ernie MacMillan still looked respectful. He had seen Ivan's "true face" in his memory, so he still behaved very cautiously and did not dare to show any slightness at all.

"Pansy, why are you here? I didn't invite you here..." Hermione had recovered from her surprise. She looked at Pansy Parkinson with a hostile face and asked.

She had never notified the Slytherin students about holding a study group, and she had no intention of inviting them.

After all, there are deep conflicts between the two colleges and they still cannot trust each other.

"I don't need your invitation, Granger, it's not you who is responsible for teaching us!" Pansy Parkinson frowned and responded tit for tat.

The faces of the Slytherin students behind them also showed dissatisfaction. Many of them were forcibly pulled here by Pansy Parkinson. Now that Hermione said this, they wanted to turn around and leave immediately.

Hermione still insisted on her opinion, feeling that Pansy and others must have some conspiracy to appear here. Most likely, they wanted to find out the purpose of their gathering and then tell Umbridge!

The two soon started arguing in the Shrieking Shack, and the little wizards from Slytherin and Gryffindor also pulled out their wands, showing a vaguely antagonistic situation.

"I believe everyone here means no harm, Hermione!" Ivan said seriously, interrupting the quarrel between Hermione and Pansy.

"But they..." Hermione opened her mouth to reply.

"No but..." Ivan interrupted Hermione's words again, then deliberately increased his tone and continued to speak. "Don't forget, we are now facing the threat brought by the mysterious man, everyone should unite, there is no distinction between colleges here!"

Ivan's words reminded Hermione of the warning from the Sorting Hat when school started, and then she nodded and put away her hostility towards Pansy Parkinson.

The originally tense atmosphere in the Screaming Shack became less tense because of Ivan's words.

Only Ernie MacMillan and others looked at Ivan very strangely. If I'm not mistaken, hasn't the mysterious man been defeated by you?

Ivan ignored the doubts that arose in the hearts of several people, but turned to look at the more than a hundred wizards and said.

"Welcome everyone to join the Defense Against the Dark Arts Association I founded!"

"Because of the rush of time, your superiors may not have mentioned to you the significance of the existence of this association, so I will briefly repeat it - I only have one purpose in creating this association... and that is to take back this association from the Ministry of Magic. It’s our right to cast spells!”
