The End of the Paleozoic Era Chapter 2368 Eternal Observation
It seems that Lin's idea is correct.
For a long time, it has been watching.
Observing the civilization within his own body... observing the two civilizations in the void.
In a special way, it can see not only the present, but also the past and the future.
The future is known primarily through calculation, while the past has specialized methods.
Watching the various changes in the void, occasionally intervening in them, occasionally doing something special... but most of the time, just observing.
It seems that this is quite similar to Lin.
After a long period of observation, it had its own idea...that is to peel off a void.
Lin learned from somewhere... the last part about Midgard's ecology.
It starts out as a ghostly young creature, then merges with the tube shaped by the Evaporator to enter a mature state, and then... comes a long and endless life.
Generally speaking, they will last forever. This kind of creature has no concept of lifespan. To most civilized creatures, they are almost like "Gods".
During their long lives, they will slowly become stronger and stronger, and many of their abilities are acquired during this period, or are developed through their own research.
For example, control of space and so on.
However, even creatures like this have an end. If their bodies are destroyed, their "consciousness"... will spread into the solidified void.
This consciousness is a very wonderful... thing.
Currently there seems to be nothing that can explain what this consciousness of Midgard is, nor how large its scope is.
This is... Midgard's last form. Lin thinks it can be called the 'Eternal Observer'. That is, after entering this form, they will not truly die. They can observe things in the void forever, and their consciousness will continue in the solidified void.
There may be many of its kind that have already entered this state.
In this state, although it can perceive everything, it cannot interfere with anything.
Hence it is called the Eternal Observer…it can do nothing else.
I feel this is a bit like a popular legend among some unique creatures, who like to say that after death, they will become stars in the sky and watch everything on the ground.
That's about how it feels.
However... this Midgard is a little different. It seems to want to reverse this final form.
Make this wonderful and ethereal consciousness become a real existence.
After destroying its own body by the bus, it began to reshape a new body.
Before, Lin had heard that they wanted to use creatures like the Ershi people to replace the Evaporators, but in fact they were not the Ershi people.
But...the Death Battleship.
The Death Ships, created from comets, are perfect replacements for the Evaporators. They have perfect control over matter and
Use comets to create death battleships, use them to drive away most creatures, and screen out creatures suitable for living in this void... Although I don’t know what the standards for creatures suitable to stay in this space are, all of this has been accomplished.
Finally, the Death Battleship constructed the 'skeleton' and 'shell' of the space, thus forming the scene in front of Lin.
It can also be clearly seen on the ball god.
In the void not far away, there was a large area of pitch-black color, which obscured the starry sky and looked like a wall.
However, it is much larger than the ball god or various common void landscapes. How big is the range.
