This also means that the temperature change during processing must not exceed 0.002 degrees.
The requirements for the constant temperature system are extremely harsh. This constant temperature system alone has more than 100 million orders. And before starting processing, after fixing the workpiece, I am afraid that everyone has to exit the processing area and wait at least 12 hours before starting processing, so as not to affect the processing accuracy due to the temperature difference caused by the human body staying.
The test system has been installed and Guo Tailai has also completed all the assembly work. Without fully considering the temperature effect, a test machining was carried out first. Just experiment with functionality this time, not accuracy.
In the past, if we wanted to process optical glass in China, we could only use grinding. Most industrial workers can't even imagine that optical glass is processed by a car, which is simply unbelievable.
The test processing was just the simplest lathe operation. Everyone stood nervously in the console room, watching the huge diamond lathe behind several layers of insulating glass start processing. Even Guo Tailai was excited to see the dazzling movements. .
