Chapter 265 The Battle Continues
"Come back!" Harry shouted.
But his words obviously wouldn't have any effect on Peter Pettigrew. He wasn't Voldemort, and he didn't have the power that made Peter Pettigrew afraid.
"Damn it!" Harry said fiercely. Peter Pettigrew had completely disappeared. He had no idea where Peter had gone.
Ron was already lying on the ground, and next to him was Professor Snape who was unconscious.
The battle between the black dog and the werewolf was still going on, but Sirius' body had already become scarred. Vanlin noticed that there were three bloody scars on Sirius' ribs, which were left by the werewolf Lupin on Black during an attack.
A fight between friends?
This was obviously beyond the controllable scope. I really don't understand how Sirius and Harry's father used Animagus to suppress the transformed Lupin. Maybe another stag would have a mysterious magical reaction?
What is being shown now is not a battle of the same level at all.
Fan Lin sat on the ground powerlessly, holding a wand in his hand, as if he wanted to help Sirius drive away Professor Lupin who had transformed into a werewolf, but his body was empty, and not fainting was his greatest persistence.
The same was true for Hermione and Harry, who each held their wands and kept changing the positions of their wands as Professor Lupin's figure appeared.
Sirius and Professor Lupin wrestled with each other, and they had no confidence in knocking Professor Lupin down without hurting Sirius.
What's more, the magic defense ability of a werewolf was not something that could be hurt by a disarming spell. Harry and Hermione simply did not have that much magic power, and the most common magic power was not enough to break through the werewolf's surface defense, even though the werewolf incarnated by Professor Lupin seemed a little malnourished.
When the werewolf incarnated by Professor Lupin once again knocked Sirius away, he jumped to the top of the hillside, his entire figure exposed to the moonlight, and he howled at the moon like a real wolf.
This is a way to call companions. The communication between werewolves is basically based on such primitive howling. Of course, this is also a declaration of victory. In the eyes of the werewolf Lupin, the few small insects in front of him are already prey in his mouth.
"Be careful, Harry!"
Fan Lin saw Harry attack the werewolf Lupin who was pausing and roaring with a coma spell. This is undoubtedly a provocation to the werewolf.
The howling of the werewolf seemed to be stuck in his throat. His head turned around, and a pair of dark green eyes exuded a bloodthirsty light. He was going to kill people. These interesting preys of his successfully aroused the anger of the werewolf.
Fan Lin saw the werewolf Lupin's hind legs slightly bent, and then he seemed to fly up, and his whole body began to infinitely magnify in Harry's eyes.
For a while, the barking of dogs, roars, and screams of fear became one.
Harry's pupils kept shrinking. He felt that he was going to die, die in the hands of the werewolf, and die in the mouth of his father's friend.
Harry felt a little black in front of his eyes, and he closed his eyes. He had no time to dodge.
Then, he felt a huge force that threw him to the ground, but the pain of the bite did not come to him as expected.
"Professor Snape..."
That was the voice of Fan Lin. He called Professor Snape, but Professor Snape was unconscious, and this was the result of his coma spell.
"Potter, get behind me!" Professor Snape's voice was hurried, but the voice sounded in Harry's ears.
"Professor Snape..." Harry responded quickly.
Although Fan Lin was very curious about why Snape got rid of the control of the coma spell, it was undoubtedly a very good thing that Professor Snape woke up at the moment.
Werewolf Lupin seemed to be very annoyed that his attack failed. He was now roaring at several people on the spot, wishing to eat all of them in one bite.
But Snape obviously did not intend to give werewolf Lupin any chance. He waved his hand lightly, and the wand that originally belonged to him returned to his hand.
"Don't... don't hurt him..." Hermione begged, she grabbed Snape's arm with one hand, "It's Professor Lupin, he just forgot to take the wolfsbane potion, please... don't kill him."
"Let go..." Snape shouted, he originally wanted to use a magic strike or something like that on this damn werewolf, but Hermione's obstruction made it impossible for him to cast the spell safely.
Werewolf Lupin obviously didn't care about these human disputes, he just wanted to kill these damn little bugs quickly.
He didn't roar anymore, just like before, he rushed towards Snape, he knew who was the biggest threat to him among all the people present.
Just when Snape was about to take the risk of taking two people to use Apparition to avoid the attack of werewolf Lupin.
A figure that made him feel extremely disgusted knocked the body of werewolf Lupin away from the side.
That was the black dog incarnated by Sirius Black. He had just been hit by Lupin's blow and flew far away. He just managed to get back. He wanted to protect Harry and even Snape, even though he hated the latter very much. But Lupin was his friend and he couldn't let Lupin do anything wrong.
However, Professor Lupin, who had lost his mind, didn't think so. As he fell, he stretched out his claws and grabbed Sirius's hind legs, causing the two of them to roll on the ground together.
He was really angry. This damn black dog attacked him again and again, and even bit his arm with his mouth.
Lupin struggled to get up from the ground. He lifted Sirius above his head, as if he wanted to tear the black dog to pieces.
"Professor Snape... stop him quickly." Harry shouted. He didn't doubt the aggressiveness of the werewolf Lupin at all. He just wanted Sirius to live safely.
However, Snape didn't intend to take action. He looked coldly at the two beasts fighting together, and he stopped Harry with one hand.
"Don't go over, Potter... stay behind me..."
Sirius kept struggling, his body was almost torn in half by Lupin, and his mouth was biting randomly, as if he wanted to break free from the werewolf's arm.
Perhaps it was because Sirius's body was incredibly tough, which gave him enough time to fight back, and his claws slammed heavily on Lupin's eyes. (To be continued)
